We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to join our high volume talent acquisition team. In this entry-level role, you’ll work closely with the recruiting team to identify, attract, interview, and hire high-quality candidates who align with our mission and values. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your recruitment skills, gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing industry, and play a key role in expanding our workforce.
 
On a day-to-day basis the Junior Recruiter is responsible for:
  • Evaluating applications and quickly determining fit to screen 
  • Screening numerous applicants on a daily basis to meet bulk recruiting goals
  • Scheduling interviews
  • Conducting interviews
  • Assessing candidates via interview
  • Presenting candidates for interview and follow up
  • Sourcing at all applicable avenues
  • Networking to identify qualified candidates for open positions
  • Working closely with Recruiters to facilitate hiring process
  • Attending weekly meetings with team
  • Marketing job postings via social media 
  • Attending local job fairs in assigned market and developing relationships with schools
  • Meeting quota and deadlines
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

To be qualified for this position, candidates must have:
  • 1+ year experience in a recruiting role
  • 1+ year experience with talent management/applicant tracking system software (iCIMS preferred)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
  • Experience working in a fast-paced setting with high-volume work load
