As a Entry Level Traveling Wind Turbine Technician, you will be a part of teams delivering high quality, safety-driven services sought to help clients realize optimal power performance on clean energy projects. Wind Turbine Composite Repair Technician II
Responsibilities and Duties
- Be a key member of the Sky Climber Renewables field workforce
- Travel 100% on a rotational basis to wind projects throughout the S.
- Conduct internal and external inspections, diagnose damage, and perform corrective repair (CAT I-V) of wind turbine composite blades, nacelles, hubs, and spinners
- Execute professional caliber sanding, cutting, grinding, cleaning, and lay-up of fiberglass, carbon fiber, coatings and resin materials
- Assist and perform LOTO procedures for multi-brand wind turbines in support of blade or mechanical/electrical service operations
- Conduct inspections, maintenance and repair of equipment
- Climb a wind turbine vertically at least 300 feet
- Lift and move equipment as needed (up to 50 pounds)
- Follow specific verbal and written instructions to perform multi-brand wind turbine generator and associated equipment assembly, repair, replacement, and maintenance
- Complete and maintain required company and client documentation
- Effectively prioritize and escalate technical issues to clients and supporting functions
- Clean and organize tools, equipment, and work areas as required
- Operate a motor vehicle safely and legally per the Sky Climber Renewables Employee Handbook and insurance requirements (eg, Valid License, acceptable driving record)

Wind Composite Technician– Level 3 Travel
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Performs intermediate and advanced level wind turbine blade inspection, repair and maintenance tasks as assigned. This includes safe operation and use of tools (including but not limited to specialized calibration, hydraulic, power tools, electrical testing tools) and basic turbine
- Create detailed task plans and contribute to work procedures related to composite inspection and repair
